Thank you for shopping with DO Archery. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it.

Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We accept returns only for products that are currently in our active sales inventory and are not damaged.

Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

Shipping: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at dylanorcutt@do-archery.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Hazardous Materials: We cannot accept returns for flammable liquids or gases.

Sale Items: All "Sale" or clearance items are final sale.

Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet our "original condition" requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing Time: Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
